A life shaped by care

Alex Aresti, the Director, and Owner of Omega Life, was born in London with a Cypriot background. His early life was marked by a challenging upbringing, as he was placed in foster care at the age of 12 and later in a children’s home at 15. This personal experience exposed him to a care system that he believed required significant improvement to effectively support the children it aimed to nurture.

With a clear vision for providing care based on his own desired experiences, Alex dedicated his time to volunteering and working in various homes. In 2015, he founded Omega Care with the goal of empowering children through a people-focused approach to care.

In 2011, Alex took on the role of director at a small leaving care company while simultaneously working full-time. His strong leadership and management skills were instrumental in driving the company’s growth, leading to a doubling in size.

The formation of Omega Care Group followed in 2015, marking a significant milestone in Alex’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Recognizing the importance of continuous professional development, he completed level 3 & 5 qualifications in leadership and management for children’s homes in 2016.

In addition to Omega Life, Alex serves as a director for several other businesses, including an IT company, a property development company, and a VR company. These roles further demonstrate his capabilities in strong leadership and effective management across various industries.

With a steadfast determination for the future, Alex works diligently across the group of companies under his guidance. His unwavering focus is on transforming people’s lives through the exceptional experiences they receive. Through his strong leadership and management skills, Alex continues to drive positive change and establish new standards in the care industry.
