Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 July 2026

This notice explains what personal information Omega Life collects through this website, omegalife.uk, and how that information is used. It covers this website only. Our divisions run their own sites and publish their own notices.

Who we are

Omega Life, 40-42 Kemble Street, Prescot, L34 5SQ. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

What this website collects

This site is a single page with no accounts, no forms and no payments. We do not ask you for your name, address or any other personal detail, and there is nothing on the page that submits information to us.

If you choose to accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. That collects:

Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. We do not combine it with any other information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choice about cookies

No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is set and no data is sent. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page. Declining after previously accepting also clears the cookies already stored.

Full detail on the individual cookies is in our cookie disclaimer.

Contacting us by email or phone

The site lists an email address and a phone number. If you contact us that way, we hold what you send us for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and no longer. That correspondence is not part of this website.

Who your information is shared with

Analytics data is processed by Google, which may transfer and store it outside the UK. Google acts as our processor and is bound by its own data processing terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because this website collects nothing that identifies you, we will usually have nothing to return, but you are welcome to ask.

How to contact us

For any question about this notice, to exercise your rights, or to report a problem with the site, contact m.carter@omegalife.uk.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top, and ask for consent again where the law requires it.
