About Omega Life

Outstanding children’s residential care, with the services around it.

Our vision is simple: to improve the quality of care, to benefit everyone.

Omega Life is an outstanding rated children’s residential care provider, with a set of stand-alone services around it - education, clinical and therapeutic services, training, transportation and digital.

Each one runs as its own entity, with its own leadership and accountability. They choose to work together because that’s how children and young people get the best possible support.

Our model is designed to reduce gaps between services, strengthen safeguarding, improve communication and give teams the clarity they need to make better decisions. Each service has its own remit and leadership - and a shared standard of practice that connects them.

The result is clearer communication, stronger safeguarding and better decisions - around children, families and the teams who support them.

How Omega Works

Joined-up services. Shared purpose. Better oversight.

Three principles run through everything we do. They are how the services stay connected without losing the focus, leadership and expertise each one needs.

- 01

Joined-up services

Care, education, clinical input, training, transportation and digital - each service is its own entity, but they choose to work together so information moves with the child, not around them.

- 02

Real-world experience

Our services are shaped by people who understand the realities of children's homes, schools, safeguarding and frontline practice - not generic processes adapted from elsewhere.

- 03

Better oversight

Connected services, stronger training and shared communication help leaders make better decisions, identify risk earlier and support safer practice across every team around the child.

Our services

Six services. Each its own.
Working together when it matters.

Each Omega service is its own stand-alone entity with its own leadership. The strength comes from how they choose to work together - around the child, the family and the professionals involved.

Why we work together

When services work together, children are not passed between systems.

The home, school, therapist, trainer, software and transport team all have different roles - but they should never feel disconnected. Each Omega service is its own entity, but the people behind them share standards, training and purpose - so the team around each child can work with clarity and consistency.
