Each member of our team brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Anda House feel like home.

Our staff is composed of professionals who are not only skilled in their respective fields but also deeply invested in the well-being of our residents. From our knowledgeable managers to our caring support workers, every team member plays a crucial role in delivering the high-quality care and support that Anda House is known for. They work closely with parents to develop essential skills, build confidence, and foster positive relationships that are key to keeping families together.In our communal space, you’ll often find our team engaging with parents during direct work sessions, where they provide guidance on everything from basic parenting skills to health and nutrition. But more than that, they are always ready with a friendly smile, a listening ear, and a cup of tea, ensuring that parents feel supported every step of the way. The relationships our staff build with the families at Anda House go beyond mere professional interaction—they create a community where everyone feels valued and understood.

Each of our homes is maintained to the highest standards, and our team takes great pride in creating a cosy, homely environment where families can feel safe and secure. Whether it’s preparing a welcoming space for a new family or ensuring that all the little details are just right, our team’s dedication is evident in everything they do.

Introducing Our Team:

Craig Birch – Home Manager
With over seven years of dedicated service at Omega, Craig Birch began his journey as a support worker in 2016 and quickly progressed through the ranks, thanks to his diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to the needs of children and families. Craig holds a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. His varied background enriches his approach to working with families, making him an invaluable leader at Anda House.

Helen Pickett – Home Manager
Helen Pickett brings a wealth of experience in childcare, healthcare, and recruitment to her role as Home Manager. Since joining Omega Care in 2018, Helen has climbed the ladder from support worker to her current position, demonstrating her leadership and dedication. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and is currently working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Helen has managed both group living and semi-independent supported accommodations and is the designated Safeguarding Lead for Parental Services at Anda House.

Leanne Constable – Team Leader
Leanne Constable joined Anda House in 2023, bringing with her a varied background in social care. With experience in secure units and semi-independent supported accommodation, Leanne has worked with both young people and adults with brain injuries. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and has management experience, having previously managed a semi-independent home for young people aged 16 to 18. Leanne is also trained in delivering the Reducing Parental Conflict programme.

Pamela McMahon – Team Leader
Pam McMahon has a strong background in childcare and joined Omega Care in January 2023 as a parental support worker. Her dedication and passion for early intervention services quickly led to her promotion to Team Leader. Pam is currently undertaking her Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and has extensive experience supporting families and young people with mental health challenges and CSE. Her commitment to helping others shines through in her work at Anda House.

Natalie Drummond – Parental Support Worker
Natalie Drummond has been a part of the Omega team since 2020, where she has gained experience in both group living and semi-independent supported accommodation for young people leaving care. Natalie joined Anda House in 2022, bringing with her valuable insights from working in residential children’s homes. She is currently pursuing her Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and has worked closely with young people with complex needs, including CE, CSE, and UASC.

Charlotte Eagle – Parental Support Worker
Charlotte Eagle joined Anda House in 2024 with a rich background in children’s residential care, education, and fostering. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and a Level 3 Diploma in Attachment Theory. Charlotte has a deep understanding of children’s social care and a particular interest in supporting families through the PACE model. Her passion for attachment theory makes her a valuable member of the Anda House team.

Alison – Waking Night Support Worker (Bank)
Alison is a dynamic and experienced member of the Anda House team, joining in 2023 as a Waking Night Support Worker while pursuing her BA Degree in Social Work. With over 14 years of experience in early intervention teams within a local authority, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and best practices to Anda House. Her ongoing studies and dedication to social work make her an asset to the team, ensuring that the families at Anda House receive the highest level of care and support.
