Anda House is located just five minutes from Widnes Town Centre, offering excellent transport links to Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, and Manchester. At Anda House, we provide a nurturing and supportive environment for expectant parents and parents with their children. Our facility comprises five individual homes, including three cosy one-bedroom homes, a unique 2/3-bedroom hybrid apartment with direct staff access, and a three-bedroom step-down home designed to support families as they transition to greater independence.

In our bright and welcoming communal space, parents can engage in a variety of direct work sessions focused on essential parenting skills, health and nutrition, child development, and more. This space is not just for structured activities but also serves as a warm and safe environment where parents can drop in for a chat with our friendly staff. It’s a place where relationships are built, and the stigma of social care involvement is reduced, offering families the early intervention they need to stay together. Our one-bedroom homes are compact, fully furnished, and equipped with everything a family might need. Each home features a well-appointed kitchen diner with modern appliances, and the living spaces are maintained to a high standard, providing a cosy, homely environment. We encourage families to get creative to personalise and make these spaces their own, as we firmly believe that creating a realistic family setting provides parents with the best opportunity to develop the essential skills they need for the future. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom is designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, offering ample room for a cot or toddler bed alongside the double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Safety gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs, and the adjacent family bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower. As families move in, we provide all the essentials, including bedding, towels, and basic toiletries.

In addition to the welcoming indoor spaces, families at Anda House also have access to our thoughtfully designed outdoor area. This space features sensory play areas that stimulate children’s development, a variety of toys to encourage exploration and play, and comfortable seating for parents to relax and enjoy time with their little ones. We believe that outdoor play is an essential part of a child’s growth, and our outdoor space is designed to be both fun and educational. To ensure the safety and security of all our residents, the exterior of all our homes is monitored by CCTV. This security measure provides peace of mind for our families, allowing them to focus on bonding with their children and developing their parenting skills in a secure environment.
